Hi All,
I thought you might enjoy some photos I took at the Kubrick exhibition, LACMA, in Los Angeles. These were all taken with the Canon EOS-M, hand held, at the Kubrick exhibition LACMA Museum in Los Angeles. These were all low light no flash, using 22mm f/2 prime. So far I have not been able to do this with the SLR. And so portable too. Don’t even know you have it with you!! Hope you like the slide show:-)

I just uploaded this one to flickr. A picture taken of a Clapper Board for the Full Metal Jacket Movie on show at the Stanley Kubrick exhibit at the LACMA LA. It was taken hand held with the Canon EOS-M 22mm with a 40% crop of the original.Thanks for stopping by to take a look.

I took this with the Canon EOS-M 22mm hand held outside the Stanley Kubrick exhibit at the LACMA and then gave it a little grunge/street work in post. Still playing with the Canon EOS-M and am about to get a vintage 50mm f/1.4 to try out!! I will post some more when I have given it a try. Thanks for taking a look,

Continuing on my Canon EOS-M try out… This was a photo I took when walking about the Redondo Beach Summer Festival in the Riviera. A great little fire truck – pedal car. Would have loved one of these when I was a kid!! This was taken with the Canon EOS-M, hand held with the 22mm F2 STM lens.

A close up of one of the Movie Cameras in the Stanley Kubrick Exhibit. This was taken with the Canon EOS-M, hand held, no flash, in very low light, using the 22mm F/2 STM lens. So far it is a great walk about campanion!!

This picture I took of a mock up set of one of the final scenes from the 2001 Space Oddessy movie. It was a set that was up high in the exhibition hall in dark surroundings. I took this with the hand held Canon EOS-M with the 22mm lens. I think it is quite effective and gives a feel of real size space and time. Maybe the idea. It’s not what you see, it’s what you think you see!!

Hi All,
I thought you might find this photo interesting. I took this at the Stanley Kubrick exhibit at LACMA in Los Angeles. This was taken into a small model of the command Center for the Dr. Strangelove movie. I took this hand held with the Canon EOS-M, 22mm lens, in very low light with no IS. Slight Lightroom adjustment to bring out the maps. So far I am having fun with the camera!!

A shot of Smeaton’s Tower taken on my recent trip to England. Such great memories of Plymouth!! The Hoe is realy something, with fantastic views out accross Plymouth Sound and Drake’s Island. Really Worth a visit if you are in Devon or travelling further South West to Cornwall.
