Here is a quick update for the Redondo Beach Home sales in our neighborhood for May of this year. Sales are still pretty good with a slight upward trend in price. Here are the Redondo Beach Home Sales in our area for August, 2013. The trend was upward with some increase in the selling price and a greater volume over the previous month. There are some signs however, that the market is slowing as the upward trend on interest rates puts pressure on home loans.
