Redondo Beach Home Sales – August 2013

Here are the Redondo Beach Home Sales in our area for August, 2013. The trend was upward with some increase in the selling price and a greater volume over the previous month. There are some signs however, that the market is slowing as the upward trend on interest rates puts pressure on home loans.
